(Found on CheckBook.org) Installed new front door and sliding glass patio door. Were very responsive in providing an estimate and in answering subsequent questions about options and costs. Work crew of 3 showed up at scheduled time and completed all work in just over 6 hrs. Before fastening new frames in place, they checked to ensure these were vertical both directions: in-out and across, and that the frames were square (all adjacent sides exactly 90 degrees). Spaces between door frames and house frame were filled with spray foam insulation. New inside and outside trim were neatly cut and alignment and fit were good. Caulking around all joints was neatly done. They checked their work as they proceeded and at the end. They cleaned up in stages as work proceeded, so there was only limited clean-up needed at the end. Otherwise, Crystal works almost exclusively with ProVia doors, so choosing them will also essentially require buying those doors. ProVia provides lots of options and appear to be good quality products, but they're not inexpensive.
