(Found on CheckBook.org) Crystal Exterior installed a Provia door for us, including a storm door, and pilasters. They even painted the pilasters to match the house trim. The installation was very professional and the product is beautiful. The process of choosing the specific door and hardward was made very easy with Edgar, who answered our slew of questions promptly and thoroughly. Edgar even emailed us a mock up of our house with the door we chose so that we could see what it looked like on our house. After the installation, we emailed Edgar to ask if we should apply WD40 to the storm door which squeaked. Edgar said he would come by the next day to apply a silicone spray to the door as WD40 leaves a residue. Crystal's service is amazing, their pricing is competitive, and the installation of door was professional.
