Edgar Li is the consummate professional. Very thorough communication throughout all stages of the process. I had them install an entry door and two sliders One of the sliders had a small manufacturing defect, and he was able to negotiate from the manufacturer a free replacement or a cash rebate. Months afterwards, he was willing to drop off flashing samples so that I could match paint. His willingness to help long after the sale was impressive. Highly, highly recommend!
