I’m pleased to describe our very positive experience with Crystal Exteriors. We contracted with Crystal Exteriors to do a multipart renovation of our home in Great Falls, VA, including a new roof, new front and side doors, and a complete resealing/caulking of all of our windows.
Crystal and its owner Edgar Li impressed us as being unusually easy to communicate with and very meticulous in keeping us informed as to intended schedule and progress. Edgar’s crews were extremely hard working and completed high quality work very close to the promised schedule. Edgar also gave us very good advice as to choosing materials and finishes that were appropriate but also economical while taking advantage of new innovations and products. The new doors are perfectly hung and function perfectly. The new roof is beautiful and the new skylights are a real upgrade over the old ones.As in any project, a few items came up that needed to be addressed ( for example a lock incorrectly shipped from the factory) and Edgar and the team addressed them promptly. Cleanup was done well and the team did not leave a mess. We would unhesitatingly hire Crystal Exteriors again.
