Wonderful experience with Edgar Li of Crystal Exteriors! We had an improperly installed and oddly sized entry door that needed to be replaced. I worked with three different installers, none could find a door that matched our contemporary style or budget (one quoted me $11,000 for a fiberglass door!) and none was willing to work with me to find a solution. Mr. Li found us a beautiful modern Provia door that was reasonably priced and his team did a great job of installing it, including fixing existing problems with the siding and trim. The best thing about working with Mr. Li was his responsiveness, he answered my emails promptly and patiently explained our options. He was quick to provide the quote and samples and came back himself to make sure everything was perfect. Would absolutely recommend using his company.
