Crystal Exteriors did an excellent job replacing siding on the house, numerous windows and sliding glass doors, and needed work on the roof. I particularly appreciated Mr. Li’s approach to each job. I never felt pressured by him. He listened to what we wanted and provided reasonable answers on the pros and cons of alternatives before we made a decision. He monitored the job on a daily basis to ensure it was being done to our satisfaction. The workmanship was excellent and the service was outstanding. Couldn’t ask for more.
