Very detail oriented. Very responsive to my questions (we exchanged a lot of emails). Had recommendations, but willing to adapt to my concerns and preferences. The installers were great. Careful, clean (at least they cleaned up after themselves), easy to communicate with (they spoke English). Handled some unexpected difficulties installing our door (and basement window) within the expected timeframe and without additional fees. The owner followed up to make sure we were happy with the job. They weren’t the cheapest option but they weren’t much more expensive and I feel like I got a good value.
